This Privacy Policy explains how JobTrek Pro LLC (“JobTrek Pro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you access or use the JobTrek Pro platform, websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy applies to business users of the Service and, where applicable, to end customers whose information is processed through the Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
a. Account & Business Information
- Name, email address, phone number
- Business name, address, licensing, and insurance information
- Login credentials (stored securely)
b. Customer & End-User Data (Submitted by You)
- Customer names, contact details, job details, invoices, and communications
- Payment-related metadata (amounts, dates, method — not full card numbers)
Customer data entered into the Service remains controlled by you as the business user.
c. Payment & Transaction Information
- Transaction amounts, timestamps, payout status
- Fee allocation data (including customer service fees and provider platform fees)
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). JobTrek Pro does not store full credit card or bank account numbers.
d. Communications
- Emails, chats, SMS messages, and call metadata
- Support communications and feedback
e. Usage & Device Data
- IP address, browser type, device identifiers
- Log data, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps
f. Location Data
- Approximate or precise location data if enabled through device settings or platform features
g. AI-Derived Data
- Transcriptions, summaries, analytics, and insights generated through automated or AI-assisted features
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- To process transactions, payments, and payouts
- To enable communications between you and your customers
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse
- To improve, develop, and optimize the Service and features (including AI)
- To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
- To enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements
3. Legal Basis for Processing
- Performance of a contract (providing the Service)

4. AI & Automated Processing
JobTrek Pro may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to:
- Analyze communications
- Generate summaries, insights, or recommendations
- Improve system performance, fraud detection, and support tools
We do not sell personal data, and we do not permit third-party AI providers to use your personal information to train their own independent or public models beyond providing services to JobTrek Pro.
5. How We Share Information
a. Service Providers — Including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics vendors, communication providers, and security vendors. These parties may process information only as necessary to provide services to JobTrek Pro.
b. Legal & Compliance — When required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request.
c. Business Transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets.

You are responsible for exporting and retaining records required for your business.
7. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

9. Communications Preferences
You may opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails or replying STOP to SMS messages. Service-related and transactional communications may still be sent.
SMS / Text Messaging Specifics. When you provide your phone number to a JobTrek Pro–registered service business through their public booking page, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from that business about your appointment, technician arrival, invoice, and service updates.
- Mobile information (phone numbers) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering messages to you on the relevant business's behalf.
- Message frequency varies. Customers can typically expect 3–6 messages per appointment.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT. Reply HELP or INFO for assistance.
10. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to enable functionality, analyze usage, and improve the Service. You may control cookies through your browser settings.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of information in the United States.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Appendix A – U.S. State Privacy Rights
This Appendix applies solely to residents of U.S. states that provide specific privacy rights under applicable law, including California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and Utah (“State Privacy Laws”).
A1. Scope. This Appendix applies only to personal information relating to an identified or identifiable resident of a covered state. To the extent permitted by law, it does not apply to purely business-to-business data or information subject to statutory exemptions.
A2. Categories of Personal Information Collected. Identifiers; commercial information; internet activity; geolocation data (if enabled); communications content; professional or business information; inferences used to improve services.
A3. Purposes of Collection. Providing and operating the Service; processing payments and communications; security, fraud prevention, and compliance; service improvement and analytics.
A4. Disclosure of Personal Information. Information may be disclosed to service providers, regulators, or successors in a business transaction, strictly for business purposes and subject to safeguards.
A5. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information. JobTrek Pro does not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
A6. Sensitive Personal Information. Used only as permitted by law, including for security, compliance, and providing the Service.
A7. State Resident Rights. Subject to verification and legal limitations, State Residents may have the right to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain processing, and appeal certain decisions (where required by law).
A8. Exercising Rights. Requests may be submitted by emailing hello@jobtrekpro.com. Verified requests are generally fulfilled within 45 days, with extensions where permitted.
A9. Authorized Agents. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization and identity verification.
A10. Non-Discrimination. JobTrek Pro does not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.
A11. Appeals. Where required by law, appeals may be submitted to hello@jobtrekpro.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Appeal.”
